We shipped the first 20×24 print frame to an artist couple in Tampa this week. I am delighted to say it arrived all in one piece. Thank you Federal Express.
I watched the shipping company box it up and was pretty sure it was well protected. However, I still held my breath until I heard it arrived in perfect condition. WHEW!
From time to time we will make changes to our design primarily because of feedback from you, our customers. So, please let us know if you can think of any functional improvements we should consider.
For example: We are considering replacing the half-round finger hole at each end of the frame with an easy to grip block of wood attached to the plywood back. This will make lifting and lowering the split-back pieces much easier (especially on the large frames).
